Ideal Complex Care provides comprehensive and compassionate care for individuals with learning disabilities. This service is focused on quality of life and opportunities to maximise independence as opposed to day-to-day care tasks. We look to support individuals to feel safer, engaged with, develop skills and participate in their local community.
As a leading care provider, we are committed to providing high-quality care for individuals with learning disabilities. With over twenty years of experience in providing this service, we can also help you manage your expectations and provide guidance and advice on how to cope with the situation. Support is not just for our service users, but extends across the family.

Why choose Learning Disabilities Care
Tailored, Person-Centred Support
We create bespoke care plans based on each individual’s abilities, preferences, routines, and goals—ensuring that support is meaningful, empowering, and truly person-led.
Promoting Independence
Our service is designed to help individuals with learning disabilities gain life skills, make choices, and live as independently as possible both at home or in the community.
Experienced, Trained Staff
Our care teams receive specialist training in supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and associated needs, ensuring compassionate, respectful, and skilled support.
Family and Guardian Involvement
We work closely with families, guardians, and advocates, keeping them involved in decisions while respecting the autonomy of the person receiving care.
Social Inclusion and Community Access
We support individuals to take part in education, volunteering, day services, social activities, and community life, promoting confidence, belonging, and wellbeing.
Consistent, Reliable Care
With robust coordination and staff continuity, we build trusting relationships and reduce anxiety through predictable, familiar support, especially important for individuals who thrive on routine.
