We are expanding our office team and we are looking for a full time Paediatric Branch Nurse to join our friendly and caring office Team in Crawley.

Responsibilities:
· Initial assessment of potential clients care needs, through to the formulation of the RAD/care plan.
· Inclusive regular communication with the wider MDT and to liaise effectively with other professionals and significant others involved in the patients care, ensuring an integrated pattern of service delivery.
· Teaching and assessing of skills for care staff – managing staff competencies and delegations.
· To write the client MARs each month and liaise with relevant GPs/Consultants to ensure you have the most up to date medical information.
· To assist in the supervision and training of the team
· To ensure safety of the client at all times.
· To adhere to actions identified in Risk Assessments, in accordance with both relevant Ideal Complex Care Policies and standard legislative Health and Safety requirements.
Skills:
· Experience in the care sector.
· Literacy and numeracy skills
· Presentation skills
· Computer literate
· Administrative experience (but not essential)
· Full driving licence
· NMC pin is required
