We work with children, young people and adults to enable them to lead full and independent lives.
Ideal Complex Care work in partnership with Case Managers, Insurance Companies and families in receipt of Personal Health Budgets to recruit/train and provide Nurses and Carers to support children young people and adults with care at home. As recruitment and training specialists in the care sector, we make every effort to match the right clinical skills and personal qualities of the care team to the individual client’s needs.
There are many conditions which require specialist, more complex care. We understand that when people have complex health care conditions, they may require specialist care and support. Our qualified nurses and carers are fully trained however should they need extra training for any specific needs we provide our carers with all additional training they may need.
Acting as a single point of contact, our experienced case managers develop tailored care plans, liaise with healthcare professionals, and ensure services run smoothly—giving families peace of mind and clients the highest standard of complex care at home.
